EXHIBITOR & VENDOR INFORMATION
Community HealthCheck
12:00 noon - 4:00 pm
The Hub, Downtown Goldsboro
**Senior Hour and Sensory-Friendly hour from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
FOR EXHIBITORS: those providing health and wellness information at the event
Each exhibitor will be provided with a 10x10 space that has one table and two chairs, which will be set up before your arrival. We ask that you provide materials that promote your organization’s health-related services. If you have additional equipment, such as a tent, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that electrical outlets will not be available.
This is more than just an opportunity to promote your organization—it’s a chance to engage the community with fun, educational, and interactive experiences. We encourage you to bring creative ideas, demonstrations, or other activities that showcase the health benefits your business or organization provides.
To join us as an exhibitor, please sign up using the form below, no later than Friday, September 20th. We also ask that you provide a brief description of what you will be exhibiting and any special offers or giveaways. If your business would like to contribute items as prizes for activities or contests, we would greatly appreciate your generosity.
Please note that a Certificate of Insurance will be requested upon completion of registration. If you have any questions, please contact Jacqueline Kannan at 919-440-1801.
